My services

Massage

Physiotherapy massage to release tension, relieve muscle strain, and promote a pleasant body sensation. The treatment is individually tailored and sensibly integrated into the overall physiotherapy process. In a calm atmosphere, I treat you at your home in Ulm, Neu-Ulm, and the surrounding area—providing support for tension, overload, or simply to allow the body to feel lighter again.

Physiotherapy (KG)

Individual physiotherapy treatment to improve mobility, strength, and coordination—right in your own home in Ulm, Neu-Ulm, and the surrounding area. I can help you with orthopedic complaints, functional disorders, muscular imbalances, or post-operative care. Home visits eliminate the need for travel, allowing the therapy to be seamlessly integrated into your everyday life.

Manual therapy

Targeted treatment of joints, muscles, and the spine. Using specific mobilization techniques and precise manipulation, I improve mobility, release blockages, and reduce pain. I come to your home—ideal for patients in Ulm, Neu-Ulm, and the surrounding areas who want high-quality physiotherapy care without having to visit a practice.

Bobath physiotherapy (Bobath KG)

Neurophysiotherapy approach for patients with stroke, Parkinson's disease, MS, and other neurological disorders. Treatment focuses on everyday movements, promoting stability, coordination, and functional independence. By conducting treatment in your home, movement patterns can be transferred directly to your familiar environment—a decisive advantage of mobile physiotherapy in Ulm, Neu-Ulm, and the surrounding area.

Manual lymphatic drainage

Gentle, rhythmic therapy to reduce swelling and support the lymphatic system. Particularly helpful for lymphoedema, post-operative swelling, or after injuries. I offer mobile lymphatic drainage throughout the Ulm/Neu-Ulm area, so you don't have to make a special trip to a practice if you have limited mobility.

Our journey

1. Consult a medical practitioner

In Germany, physiotherapy treatment may only be carried out on the basis of a doctor's prescription. To do this, you need a private prescription, which can be issued by the following doctors:

  • General practitioners

  • Orthopedists

  • Neurologists

  • Surgeons

  • Rheumatologists

  • General private practices

To do so, make an appointment or visit an emergency or open consultation hour, if offered.

2. Describe your issue and problems

During the consultation, you explain your symptoms, limitations, or the reason why you need physical therapy to the doctor. Based on this information, a decision is made as to whether physical therapy treatment is appropriate and medically justifiable.

Depending on the diagnosis, different forms of treatment may be prescribed, for example:

  • Traditional physiotherapy

  • Manual therapy

  • Manual lymphatic drainage

  • Massage therapy

  • Heat therapy or cold therapy

The doctor decides which form of therapy is prescribed.

3. Issuing of the private prescription

If the doctor decides that physical therapy is indicated, you will receive a private prescription, which usually contains the following information:

  • Office data of the issuing physician

  • Your name and date of birth

  • Exact form of therapy (e.g., “manual therapy”)

  • Number of treatment units

  • Frequency / treatment schedule

  • Date and signature

As this is a private prescription, it is not covered by statutory health insurance.

4. Make an appointment

You can reach me by phone, email, or via my contact form.
At the initial appointment, we will discuss the procedure and possible treatment goals together.

5. Tailored therapy

Pain reduction, mobilization, exercises for your everyday life.
I visit you and bring everything with me: treatment table, equipment, expertise.

6. Keep moving forward

Together, we analyze improvements and obstacles based on your experience and my expertise.
We adjust the treatment accordingly to your progress and goals.

7. Optional: Cost coverage and billing

You will (initially) cover the treatment costs yourself. If you have private health insurance or supplementary insurance, you can submit the invoice together with the prescription to your insurance company. Depending on your tariff, the costs may be reimbursed in part or in full.
