Approach and treatment philosophy

I work with an approach that understands the body as a system in which everything is interconnected. Posture, breathing, and movement influence each other—and that's exactly where I come in.

Instead of treating individual symptoms in isolation, I look at how you move in everyday life, what patterns have crept in, and where your body is losing energy unnecessarily. With targeted breathing and positioning exercises, clear movement ideas, and functional stimuli, I support you in returning to a balanced, natural movement pattern.
