General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/strong><\/p>

Hannes Bartz \u2013mobile physical therapy<\/strong><\/p>

  • \u00a71 Scope of Application<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    These General Terms and Conditions apply to all physiotherapy services provided by Hannes Bartz within the framework of a mobile private practice.\nAll services are provided exclusively on a private basis.<\/p>

    • \u00a72 Treatment Agreement<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      By scheduling an appointment, a service contract pursuant to \u00a7\u00a7 611 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB) is concluded.
      The subject of the contract is the provision of physiotherapy services. A specific therapeutic outcome is not owed.<\/p>

      • \u00a73 Medical Prescription Requirement<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

        Physiotherapeutic treatments classified as medical remedies require a valid medical prescription issued by a licensed physician.<\/p>

        Home visits will only be carried out if explicitly prescribed as a home visit on the medical prescription.<\/p>

        The patient is responsible for providing a valid prescription in due time.<\/p>

        • \u00a74 Fees and Remuneration<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

          Remuneration is based on the current price list of the practice.<\/p>

          Billing is carried out exclusively on a private basis. No direct billing with statutory health insurance providers is performed.<\/p>

          Payment is due in full regardless of potential reimbursement by private health insurance companies or public aid schemes.<\/p>

          • \u00a75 Payment Terms<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

            Invoices are generally issued after completion of the treatment series.<\/p>

            The invoice amount is payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.<\/p>

            In case of default of payment, statutory default interest may be charged.<\/p>

            • \u00a76 Appointment Cancellation and Missed Appointments<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

              Scheduled appointments are binding.<\/p>

              Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.<\/p>

              In the event of late cancellation or non-attendance, a cancellation fee equivalent to the agreed treatment fee will be charged, unless the appointment can be reassigned.<\/p>

              • \u00a77 Home Visits<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                Treatment is carried out in the patient\u2019s home environment.<\/p>

                The patient is responsible for ensuring a suitable and safe treatment setting (sufficient space, appropriate hygienic conditions).<\/p>

                • \u00a78 Patient Cooperation<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                  The patient is obliged to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the treatment, including diagnoses, pre-existing conditions, or contraindications.<\/p>

                  Physiotherapy treatment does not replace medical diagnosis or medical treatment.<\/p>

                  • \u00a79 Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                    Liability is governed by statutory provisions.<\/p>

                    No liability is assumed for damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the patient.<\/p>

                    • \u00a710 Data Protection<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                      Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.<\/p>

                      Further details are provided in the separate privacy policy.<\/p>

                      • \u00a711 Final Provisions<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                        Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>
